Payments of registration fees for participation in the conference must be made in advance through the options provided in the registration page.
Payments must be made in euros. All bank charges and exchange fees arising from the transaction will be paid by the participant. A receipt will be forwarded to the registrants by email.
Payment for the optional excursions (Helsinki City Tour & post-conference tour) need to be made by 15th of May. The organizing committee will send invoice to participants after registration for the tours; invoicing will serve to confirm registration for the tour, but participation is only accepted formally after receipt of payment.
Organizing committee will keep the right to cancel the conference for any reason. In case of cancellation of the IMCOS2023 conference by the organizers, all payments will be refunded. The organizers regret that they cannot be held liable for private expenses like accommodation, travel expenses, etc. Private insurance is recommended.
Registered participants may withdraw their registration and apply for refund of the registration fee (less a EUR 15.00 administration charge), in writing to the organizing committee up to 15th of May 2023. After this date no refunds can be made as the organizing committee will have committed to the expenses. Refunds will be settled after the conference. However, a replacement participant may attend instead without incurring any financial penalty.
Organizers will keep the right to cancel the optional Helsinki City tour and the post-conference tour in Eastern Finland for any reason. In case of cancellation of the optional tours by the organizers, all payments will be refunded. Registration from the optional Helsinki City tour and the post-conference tour in Eastern Finland can be withdrawn by participants before 15th of May without costs.
The governing law of these terms and conditions shall be the substantive law of Finland.
The organizing committee reserves the right to decline registration without providing reasons when the organizing committee so decides.
The organizers cannot be held accountable for personal damages incurred during the conference, e.g. illness, accidents etc. Please check whether your personal insurance is adequate for these occurrences.
The organizers cannot be held accountable for the consequences of unexpected changes in the regulations applicable in Finland and to international travel. Participants are expected to keep informed about the applicable regulations

Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
